This category is designed to recognize the entities that present electronic services to its end users reducing the cost, time and effort to accomplish a task.

Entry criteria
Applicant must be a Public organization having eServices offered via the eGovernment channels (Web Portal, Mobile Portal, Kiosk, and Common Service Centre).

Evaluation Criteria
  • Impact of service on society.
  • Diversity of Channels used to provide the eservice
  •  Change in Effort, Cost, Time.
  • Adaptation of organization techniques to measure the e-service efficiency
  • Adaptation of innovative techniques.
  • Level of service integration
  • Security of the eService
  • Uniqueness of eService. i.e. Distinctive approach to problem solution
  • Used by majority of target audience - extends service delivery to a wider population
