Overview
E-concept award is intended to acknowledge the unique and innovative ideas that will improve the use of information technology in the Kingdom and improve the adaptation of eGovernment initiatives.
Entry criteria
The candidate must be a Bahraini National. The participant should be able to demonstrate the Idea/concept and justify how it will it serve the mission of e-government
Evaluation Criteria
Innovation criteria
  • Effective use of information technology.
  • Actual/Potential outcomes of the concept.
  • Accreditation of the concept by authorized bodies.
  • Implementation plan of the idea/concept.
  • Efforts done to prove the effectiveness of the concept.
Effect on eGovernment initiative
  • How the proposed idea/concept will improve the adaptation of the e-government program in Bahrain?
  • The effect of the concept on the society
