Overview
This Award is intended for the best e-Government project implemented by a ministry to deliver tangible value to the various sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Entry criteria
  • The nominated Project should be a complete solution and it should be up and running.
  • This project should be well managed and supported after implementation
Evaluation Criteria
  • Addressed scope and objectives
  • Proper Identification of project assumptions, constraints  and dependencies.
  • Appropriate identification of the benefits gained after deploying the project.
  • Project Implementation plan as detailed in activities and timelines.
  • The solution is functionally and technically described as well as the breadth of its architecture.
  • Project management structure, roles and responsibilities of stakeholders are transparently described.
  • Deliverables of proposed project are clearly described.
  • Risks and their mitigation plans are clearly defined.
  • Savings in time and money to users, organization and/or nation.
  • Application of new technologies and/or innovative ideas to improve service delivery.
  • Combination and complexity of technologies used in implementing the project.
